The eighth edition of the annual promotional event in supporting the Dunav Ultra Cycling Route. A record number of participants from Bulgaria and Romania (143) start from the city of Vidin in the 700 km-long challenge.
In this edition, certificates are issued to all those who complete the challenge in a time of “up to 48 hours”, “up to 3 days”, “up to 5 days”, “up to 7 days” and “up to 10 days”.
The first to reach the endpoint in Durankulak was the cyclist Yavor Danailov from Sevlievo, Bulgaria.
The event’s cause is the promotion of over 110 settlements (small villages and towns along the Danube and Dobrudja) and the Dunav Ultra route as the most famous bicycle cycling route of its kind in Bulgaria.
